Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, Windows 10 home is freezing up and Microsoft looked at my error logs and says it's a driver causing it to freeze.  There are no optional drivers listed and windows blocks me from going direct to AMD to update and upgrade. Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue? Below are the specs. Thank you
