Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone

I don't know whatever happened with my windows 10 system recovery disk. I have made the system repair disk that seems to work and a backup of windows 10 in two DVDs that are empty (why it didn't work?), so useless. I googled and found this

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Recovery-Disc-Windows-Home-Professional/dp/B01I261FFM?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_11

but it doesn't help.

I need to do a clean install because even after a restore to factory settings doesn't solve the problems of my tweaked Windows 10. Any idea?

Thank you

Hi:

Use the media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive...

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Since your PC did not come with W10, when you get to the part of the installation process that asks for a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 should install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
