Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help please!  Whenever I try to update my windows OS using the 'Update & security' option, I receive a window stating 'This PC can't run Windows 10'.  I bought the laptop with Windows 10 installed so I know the message is rubbish but I can't continue with a 9 month old laptop and never update it again!  I'm not confident with messing about with Bios and have gone through all options on the HP Recovery Manager (perform computer maintenance).  

 

Is there anything else I can try or is this just a duff Windows update that will be remedied with a future update?

Probably you missed some security updates. Please

 

(a) Update BIOS first using BIOS from the following link

 

     https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-15-ch000-x360-convertible-pc/16779588

 

(b) Re run Windows update and remove all USB devices and SD card before that.
