HP ProBook 470 G5 Notebook PC; p/n 2UB59EA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The pre-installed Windows 10 upgrade to version 20H2 has just been completed. An automatic reboot occurred. On the desktop, I am invited to enter my password. However, my fingerprints are not recognized. I forgot the password, because for a long time I used only fingerprints. So I can't use my laptop.

Two requests:

1) how to fix the consequences of updating the version of Windows 10, so that previously registered fingerprints are recognized again;

2) how to restore or replace my password with a new one.
