Hi Resistancia

  Is there any reliable youtube instruction for re-install windows 11 to the HP laptop. Currently, I still cannot obtain my software and driver after enter my product number and service number. I have sent an email to HP and try to ask them why I cannot obtain the corresponding driver and software with the corrected Serial number and product number. Note my HP product doesn't have #ABC or #ABM in my order.

you don't understand what a product number or SKU is, please look on the back of the lid of the laptop for that number

This is the serial number and product number but the system cannot find the software and driver. This is the first time I experienced this problem from HP.
