So I had to get a new laptop.  Works fine.  Until now (30 days or less after purchase).  I've updated it, but it's still giving me some issues.  For now, the only issue I seem to be having is I can't open .jpg files.  Don't know why--it worked fine when I got it. 

 

Another issue is I can't click the windows icon or hit the windows button and get it to come up.  Sometimes it works, but when it does, it only stays for about 10 seconds.  And when I find the app I want to open, it won't start up.  

 

I also use calculator a lot.  I pinned it to the bottom screen, but when I try to open it, the icon disappears from the bottom of the window and calculator never opens up.  

 

There's probably more, but this is what I can find now.  Like I said, updates didn't fix this.  Thanks everyone

Hello Elohi_NR,  No unforetunately this didn't help at all.   My .JPG pictures still won't open in photos, but they will in Paint.  The windows button/icon on the screen works half the time and when it pops up, it only stays for 2 seconds.  So I still can't get to my calculator.  Could it be something I installed?  I wouldn't think so as I've installed only the programs/software I had on my Win 10 laptop.  Please advise and thanks.  Carl
