Product: HP Pavilion g6-2016tx Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I Just bought the laptop couple of months ago. It is working fine, however, the windows don't take update. I contacted HP support, after continuous attempt, someone responded after 8 hours or so and spent 10 hours troubleshooting. There were multiple people engaged with me and I had to explain them the issue again and again. They tried but Windows 11 is not updating, Reset PC doesn't with cloud, local PC or external boot. It's been more than 10 days now and since they don't know how to fix HP laptop issue, they stopped supporting. 

I don't know what's wrong with this, but it seems that Windows 11 is not a good version as Windows 7 was and there was no issues for many years.

HP Pavilion g6-2016tx is a more than 10 years old machine. What are you trying to update ?
