HP Recommended

My PC was acting up when I went to some websites.  So after resetting everything that I could find, I decided to do a windows 11 reinstall and delete my everything.  So I backed up all my data. I then got the media creation tool from Microsoft. I then tried to reinstall windows.  However, the tool could not find my hard drive.  So I found on an HP site that I needed to get the sp124298.exe file get drivers.  I did that and added it to the flash drive. After loading the drivers I was able to see the SSD hard drive.  I then told it to reformat the drive.  It appeared to make 2 or 3 partitions.  One about 100M (I think) and a smaller one, and then the rest of the drive.  After formatting and do some initial loading of stuff it re-booted the PC. It then came back with the 3F0 hard drive error.  I have tried all the recommendations from similar posts.  I have run all of the diagnostics from the BIOS including the hard drive and everything is clean.  I have tried using the HP cloud recovery tool.  I tried holding down the power button for 30 seconds with no power cord to reset the internal memory.  I have tried 3 party Hard Disk tools to try to reformat it again.  Same thing.  When it boots it appears that it goes to the flash drive.  Then a white screen flashes but I can not read and then I get the 3F0 error.  Is there a way to get past this?
