Product: Example: Pavilion dv6 - 3022us
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The HD failed and I bought a SSD replacement.  I need the Windows 7 64bit OS.  When I put the Windows license key in on the Microsoft website it said to contact the manufacturing company for a copy of the OS.

you can get a Windows 7 SP1 ISO file from here. 
The HP drivers for the notebook you stated are available on this site:
