Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HDD failed put a new one in. Is there any way to recover my original product key to validate a new copy of win 10? Does HP keep that kind of info or do i start again and pay for win 10? Thx

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

You don't need the product key to reactivate Win10.  After you reinstall Win10 and connect to the Internet, it will reactivate automatically for you.
