I just tried to download and install manually but it says it's impossible to apply the update to the laptop.

I think I have to surrender. Let me know in the following days if you have more suggestions and thanks a lot for your patience.

It finds the problem but nothing changes, I had already tried it before.

Is it Microsoft Catalog maybe? Tried it. It stops after a few seconds and there is a red sign saying it's not possible to update.
