The "We couldn't update the system reserved partition" error means that your EFI partition, most likely 100 MB in size, doesn't have enough free space for the W11 update. 

 

There used to be an article about how to troubleshoot the error on Microsoft website, but it's no longer viewable.

 

This article provides a solution based on the Microsoft troubleshooting steps. Watch the video provided for how to run the command lines to delete files to free up space in the EFI partition.

You need to strictly follow the instructions as directed, as the EFI partition stores critical Windows boot system files.
