Pavilion 14-bf013TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently the new update feature of windows 10 stopped my PC from running and showed an error code of 0xc000021a

My current OS is windows 10 home  version 1903
When auto repair didn't work, I performed the system restore function.

After it, I am unable to access

1. Microsoft Office files

1. Start Menu

2. Search Menu

3. Update Window under settings is not loading

4. Uninstall and last update history window is not opening under the control panel.

Please provide me a solution for this. I have already used the hp software diagnostic tool and everything is perfect as per it.

Thanks, Asmita for responding.

Unfortunately, I am unable to download any app from Microsoft store. It automatically closes down.

I also tried to install the Hp cloud recovery tool by using this link http://hpsupport.cloudrecoverytool.download.s3.amazonaws.com/HPCloudRecoveryTool.exe

but once I try to run it as an administrator, it gives an error. The error in the log is as follows:

Running command 'C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\pft6DEB.tmp\CloudRecoveryRelease.msi' with arguments ' /passive'
ShellExecuteEx failed with error code -2147221164
Error: The following error occurred attempting to install 'C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\pft6DEB.tmp\CloudRecoveryRelease.msi':
"Class not registered "

My all Microsoft apps and some other apps are also not working
