I have been told my Microsoft to contact you about my laptop.  Here is the email Microsoft sent me to provide to you as reference.

Hello there!

Thanks for contacting Microsoft Support. This is John Rey from Microsoft Escalation Team handling your case: (Edited).

I hope this email finds you well. We from Microsoft would like to thank you for your time, effort and patience in reaching us here in Microsoft Escalation Team.

At this point, since most of the troubleshooting steps have been performed and the same issue persisted despite successfully performing Advance Troubleshooting steps to re-install Windows and ensure to fix any software related side issue, we from Microsoft highly suggest and recommend reaching out your device manufacturer ( HP Support ) to further check device for any internal hardware conflict. As no matter how many times we re-install Windows if the issue occurs on the Internal device itself, there's a high chance the same issue may persist.

We are hoping to talk to you soon! 🙂

Best Regards,
John Rey

Hi @ismarayv20,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

When Windows Updates lead to a system crash, and you find yourself in Recovery Mode, there are several steps you can take to attempt to resolve the issue. Here’s a guide on how to perform system recovery using various methods provided by HP:

Perform System Recovery

Recovery from Windows Start Menu:

If your desktop is accessible:

  • Turn off the computer and disconnect all peripherals except the monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

  • Turn on the computer and navigate to Menu: Start > All Programs > HP Tools and Support > Boot to Recovery.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts.

Recovery Partition Boot: If you cannot access the desktop:

  • Turn off the computer and disconnect all peripherals, except the monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

  • Turn on the computer, and press the space bar when the HP logo appears to open Boot Manager.

  • Select Recovery Partition and follow the on-screen instructions.

Recovery Disc: If you’ve created a recovery disc, use it:

  • Insert the disc and shut down the computer.

  • Turn on the computer and press the Delete key repeatedly at the HP logo screen.

  • Set the boot device priority to CDROM and select Disaster Recovery.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Using Windows OS Disc: If you have the Windows OS disc:

  • Insert the disc, shut down, then restart the computer pressing a key when prompted.

  • Choose language settings and install Windows using the system drive.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
