Hi,
My laptop windows failed to start. It says that i have to install operating system, my problem is that i've already lost the disk.
Please advise what to do.

Hi:
First run the hard drive diagnostics test in the BIOS (F2) and if the drive passes the test, you can reinstall W10 by using the cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create the bootable USB recovery drive with.

Not good.
Try the cloud recovery tool and if it also can't find a hard drive, you will probably need to replace the drive unless the motherboard's drive controller has failed.
Consult the service manual for your specific model notebook for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
