Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows got stuck at 64% while resetting and it went into infinite loop and every time it starts at 64% only

I have tried  to enter windows recovery mode using power key but it is not working. 

Give some suggestions to get out of this loop.

Hi:

 

You have two options as I see it...

 

1. Make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool that would be the equivalent to factory resetting the notebook.   You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer on it, and a 32 GB USB flash drive.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

2.  If option 1 doesn't work, clean install W10 by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
