Can’t get my key from bios does hp have it in a database

Hi:

 

HP has no record of any Windows product keys for any PC.

 

Why can't you get the key from the BIOS?

 

You need to have Windows installed, and then you can use this free utility that I zipped up and attached below to get the product key.
