HP notebook 14s-cf3047TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently reinstalled windows using MS media creation tool and I noticed my touchpad was not working so I started installing all the drivers but soon I got to know that I updated my windows fully to recent version available and all the drivers were downloaded so contacted HP team on phone call they did all the troubleshooting steps and said me to reinstall windows using HP cloud recovery tool I tried it multiple times but it always got failed and a log file  appeared which I saved. then the HP team did repeat all the steps tons of times but no response then they sent a technician to my home who also did same kind of things and then he put the windows to reinstall and left. up next I don't know what to do then one of the technical team suggested me that I have installed windows version 21H1 and drivers are available up to window 10 20H2 so I somehow arranged ISO file of windows 10 2004 and created a bootable device and booted it. I installed all drivers but still same issue.

Some other info:-

HP laptop 14s cf3047tu

8gb ram 256gb SSD core i3 10 gen 

touchpad is working fine in system utility(F2 one)

I did hardware test it works fine

Touchpad is not listed in device manager

What should I do????

But cloud recovery is not helping it fails everytime I have attached log file kindly check
