Windows 10 not updating to 1903 with an error that the graphics driver is not compatible and will be disabled.

Hi:

 

If your model only has the Intel HD graphics, see my knowledgebase article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version, which will also include the updated Intel HD audio driver.

 

After you update the driver, you should be able to update to W10 v1903...
