HELP, have a laptop I am giving it someone else, did a factory reset but it stop at 66% then was unplugged, at start now I got an operating boot device error. Have tried reboot, F11 and very other YouTube or hp community help I could find (still black screen error) So I went to another laptop and did a recovery window 10 USB, at first I thought it worked, but when I fullly installing into hard drive. (Changing boot setting along the way)  waited hours for it to install, but then I got a problem reinstalling windows press button to cancel. I think only option is replace hard drive. AARR

Please, test your hardware for issues, specifically for hard disk drive issues - use the BIOS/UEFI options with F2 -> here are instructions -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA
