Product: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 15-n044nr Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I'm trying to do a complete wipe and reinstall get it as close to fresh out the box as can be. When i try and Make a recovery drive with a 32g thumb drive it says the windows 8.1 64bit os is to big to put on

your thumb drive must be already has something. Please format it and try again.
