I have a HP Laptop running Win 10 I have no repair media I’m trying to recover it refresh it or reboot it and nothing has worked. It tries to fix itself and do it self diagnostic but won’t complete the process. I’ve tried everything any ideas

Hi:
The hard drive may have failed.
You can make your own W10 installation/repair media by using the media creation tool at the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After you boot from the media and you get to the Install Now screen, on the lower left side, there will be a Repair your PC option.
You can select the various repair options.
Otherwise you can reinstall W10 on that drive or a new one should you need to replace it.
