Wow. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing anything and getting any value for the item. I bought a hp envy x360 in 2018, spent a pretty penny because I wanted to invest in my education and my future work. Okay bet, it worked seamlessly for about 2 months. TWO MONTHS.
Next thing I know is it won’t turn on or take any charge. I was puzzled, seeing that it was a fairly new system, I got it ‘repaired’ by hp. They sent a box to my home and I received it repaired in a few days. Okay, let’s say it works again for 2 weeks max. TWO WEEKS.
I’m in total disarray at this point because now I am in my junior year of college and my college stops working, I posted here and they sent ANOTHER box for a repair. Mind you it was the SAME PROBLEM, AGAIN! So I’m thinking now hp would realize I received a defective unit and would send another.. OH NO!!!! Only this time, I receive it back and IT COMPLETELY SHUTS OFF EVER SO OFTEN AS IT PLEASES.
IT LITERALLY JUST COMPLETELY SHUT UP AND I RECEIVE A BLUE SCREEN ERROR MESSAGE OVER AND OVER AGAIN, everything it shuts down. And this was IMMEDIATELY after collecting it from hp repairs center. So again, I found myself in my senior year having to use the library to complete my assignments and study because of the negligence of this hp device. Now I’m working from home, and for the life of me, I cannot get this computer to stop shutting down on me and giving me the stop code. Because of this computer I already lost my first Wfh job because it kept shutting down and automatically logging me out the system. I can’t afford to lose another job in this pandemic. HP need to do something about this situation because I feel as if I’ve been suffering from day one with this device that has never really worked for me.
