I bought this computer for designing purpose and had quite decent specifications. After exactly one year the hinge broke my hardware. My laptop does not charge and it says plugged in not charging. And performance has never been good. I m tired of these issues and would never recommend any one to buy hp laptops.
They are overpriced and I feel like cheated with this purchase. Have already spent too much on this device and it is still a trash.
No support from Hp as the one year warranty period has passed and now they won't help you.
