i tried every method in this post but problem did not solve... And HP Support did not help me, they said me that ; you must wait bios update

I'm sorry to hear that MIBayrak.

Let's go through the first method a little bit together so I'm sure we're on the same page:

  1. Format USB drive to FAT32 using Windows format tool before installing the recovery image on the flash drive.
  2. Make a recovery flash drive by following this videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3S3KgcT-Ao
  3. Turn off your internet router so WINDOZE11 doesn't try to update BIOS again if you're successful in your efforts.
  4. Downgrade to the older BIOS using the recovery flash drive by following this video guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjAZ0DTX3aI Press and hold windows +B key and press the power  button for 1 or to 2 seconds and release only power button, still hold windows +B key until you get a bios recovery screen.

If above doesn't work:

Remove Power Cable and HOLD Power button for 30 secs (laptop reset), once done follow the steps below:

1. PLUG IN the power cable

2. PLUG IN the USB flash drive into any one of your ports

3. WIn + B + Keep tapping the power button slowly (don't keep it pressed in but tap it many times until it works)

FINALLY, as I posted above there is also this alternative method:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/HP-Victus-Laptop-PC-16-e0000-45...

but to be honest with you I don't fully understand it myself.... You could post on that thread and see if anyone replies to help you do it.....

If nothing works, you're left with these two solutions:

  • Ask for a motherboard replacement  ☹️
  • Live with it until HP rolls out next BIOS (hopefully it won't be F.10) and you should be fine. ☹️

- hi again, i did every methods step by step but result did not change.

I believe you MIBayrak, just wanted to make sure you read the correct instructions.

- we cant change your motherboard...

Yes, ""unfortunately"" the forced BIOS update didn't make your laptop un-bootable, so theoretically they can deny replacing a very expensive part. However, in reality this whole "forced updates" business has really gotten out of hand....

- You must wait new bios update

We're out of luck.... You have to sit this one through until they upload the new version... kib
