All of the sudden the laptop started booting into system information and shows Drivers & only exit button which if i selected it , will restart the laptop in the same system information. 

It wouldn't go to BIOS and the bios wouldn't be recovered.

However when i unplugged the keyboard the windows booted successful and then i got the error message that says HP hot keys support ( shown in the picture ) 

I downloaded the file from the link provided and installed it & restarted my laptop 

Still the problem when i connect my keyboard , it won't boot up 

Help please
