Hi...I just finished restoring my HP Laptop/Notebook back to windows 8.1 , everything is working great EXCEPT when im n line , there is a black page that flickers real fast in the upper left hand corner. I have run my Norton and my Malware, and everythng is clear. Do you know what i do to fix this please?? I was going to re-store it again, but thought id ask you first.
