Hi,

 

Download and reinstall HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63786.exe

 

When the re-installation has completed, restart the notebook.

Hi,

 

Can you post back with the following details.

 

1.  The full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - see Here for a guide on locating this information.

 

2.  The full version of the operating system you are using ( ie Windows 7 64bit ).

I have the same error, tried the executeable....the error message on my machine said the version on my computer is newer than the executable i was trying to download.....

 

HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC

L8U91UAR#ABA

Windows 10 Home 64-bit

 

Is there a newer fix that I have not been able to find?
