Wow. I went to this web page before this whole thing started and input Microsoft Windows, 8.0 and then assumed that when I would input 8.0, the screen would change.  I looked down the page and it still said that there were no discs for this computer- I also assumed that the icon “change” was there in case you wanted to try a different operating system.  In any event, since you referred me to the page, I hit change and voila, got to the page to order the replacement discs.  Maybe you can get them to change the icon from “change” to “enter” or “find”?  Anyway thanks for your help because by sending me to the page it made me press on the change icon.

Okay, I received my recovery disks.  I proceeded to use them.  The 1st disc loads fine and then the disk drive pops open for the 2nd disc.  I insert the 2nd disc and the computer begins to copy information, but part way through, the computer just shuts off.  Any ideas?

Hi Riddle.  Can you take a look at my last post and give me some suggestions?
