OK, so you're running Win10 v1909 and the problem is that MS no longer provides a download for that.

I would suggest using the HP Cloud Recovery tool to reinstall Win10 from it: That should install the Pro or Home version and it will automatically reactivate using the encrypted key embedded in the firmware of the PC.

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

The Windows version that comes preloaded on HP machines never expires -- so you should not be getting any error messages about it being deactivated.

You need to verify that you have that version running.  To do that, enter "winver" in the search area (without the quotes) and report back here what it shows in the Window.

Thank you WaWood for quick prompt! I reinstall the OS throgh HP Recovery Tool. After re-installation was finished I ve done as you said. The system gave me answer - Windows 10 Enterprise. But before when purchasing the laptop it was Win 10 Pro. What happened? I didn't upgrade the system.

I don't know how the OS switch happened -- but THAT is the problem, as the HP OEM license only works for Home and Pro versions, not Enterprise.

Please tell me the details of what version of Windows 10 you are running -- version and build -- and I will get back with suggestions.

Thank you very much, indeed!

I am very appreciate you help and your involving! It was not simple as appeared. At first I didn't find my model laptop in link you sent me. Then I found it in business laptop list on another link, download Cloud Recovery Tool, run it and it took long time to complete (approx. 2 hours). Then according instructions I disable secure boot and enable Legacy support,  chose my USb flash with recovery tool. Then I stucked because I didnt  see on the display that I suppose to see (instructions guide shows different screen). I didnt see Recovery Tool screen, only usual Microsoft Windows  installation screen.

Anyway I finished installation, it showed up Win 10 Pro version, I linked it with my Microsoft account.
