Product: pavilion 15 notebook

after windows 10 upgrade i now get following error message. VCRUNTIME140.dll mssing

Hi,

 

Open windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for HP 3D DriveGuard and select Uninstall.

 

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

 

When windows has reloaded, download and install the version of HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

In that case, skip the uninstall, just download and install HP 3D DriveGuard on the link below.

i have now found program and unistalled. downloaded new version and install rebooted and all seems fine as error message gone. thank you for the help
