Hello @15-cs3019nl

(1) Double Click the "!" icon (HP Support Assistant)

(2) <HP Support Assistant> wants to update your system and needs your confirmation. Follow the instructions.

(3) Please report your results

Hello @15-cs3019nl

"Azione importante richiesta" means "Important action required", so HP Support Asisstant should tell you what <action> to do.

Please start HP Support Assistant and send screenshot,

If your name and serial number is displayed, please blur

Kind regards
