Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

on the stickers below the pc says model 24 10056nl... but when i checked my PC Properties folder i found the name 24 f0xx chatgpt says 10056nl can max ram up to 32GB but says that 24 f0xx can only be maxed to 16GB ram ??? and how do i know whats ssd maximum storage for my pc ?? am looking to factory reset this pc and wanted to know what operating system will appear AFTER the formating is done please ?? help me.. got this pc today.
