Hi . I am using hp notebook after upgrading window i am facing problem with base system driver missing my hardware id is

PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_179B103C&REV_30

Hi:

 

You probably need this driver...

 

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe

 

If that driver doesn't work, I will need to know the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

I have the same problem and it is solved after I installed http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe as you suggested.
