Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0053cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is a 2 yr old laptop and the battery will not charge.  I have run the diagnostic tools and the battery has passed and charger have passed all tests.  Before I order a new battery is there a setting that i need to adjust to solve this issue?
