one last question please... i think my laptop shut down during an update or something but it wont boot up properly

i have a blue screen that roughly says:

Your PC/device needs to be repaired

File:\BCD

error code:0xc0000098

youll need to use recovery tools. If you dont have installation media contact your pc admin or pc/device manufacturer

-- I dont have my windows 10 installation disc since i used the free update to windows 10 and ive tried programs to boot from usb but i cant find the options..

i really hope i can get it fixed  without deleting all my files

PLEASE HELP
