Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

I'm told you guys offer a bios reset file customized SMC.bin i need this file or a way that i can enable virilization without bios as everything I've tried hasn't worked this is the second time contacting you on this issue and this time could i  escalate my service request. if possible as this is getting frustrating

You were told incorrectly -- as HP has not distributed those files in a long time.  HP distributes BIOS update files as  softpaq files -- which are self-extracting archives.
