Hello
My laptop starts with a blue screen marked RECOVERY. No HP repair solution works.
I downloaded the media creation tool from windows 10. I can get to the repair menu, but at the end of the operation says "we can't repair a device driver is missing. Indicate where to find it."
I have not plugged in any devices, and the installation DVD should provide it. So what to do I'm stuck.
I was able to access the command line and save the system SSD. Why can I not load Windows?

@Sherlok I suggest you make use of the HP Recovery partition (F11) or the HP recovery media, If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here
For details on how to perform a successful reset: click here

Hello
I have downloaded Win10 ISO from Microsoft at least 20 times:
Sometimes ended with an error
Sometimes without error, but with different sizes from 2 to 6 GB
Burned on 32 GB USB with Rufus, my HP mobile (17-AB400NF) does not start, does not recognize the key, or says it is locked with SecureBoot (in the BIOS I could not find where to unlock it).
I tried Rufus by formatting USB in NTFS and GPT
In desperation, I burned depan-yol to a DVD, which started the machine. OUF
But none of the supports allowed me to repair the boot.
So I attach the disk manager.
I don't understand anything about this system disk: (SSD)
Why unallocated areas?
The E: recovery partition apparently contains the entire Win10 system.
C: is not marked "active" should I force it?
I do not understand what caused this disaster!

@Sherlok As suggested earlier, instead of downloading the windows 10 ISO, please make use of the HP Recovery manager, as it's designed to create the partitions and install the software/drivers that you'll need to work with the device.
Please use the links shared earlier to get this sorted.
Keep me posted and have a good day.

@Sherlok In that case the only other option is to make use of the HP recovery media, as mentioned before:
you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps
Good luck!

Hello
I just got my Pavilion 17-AB400NF with problems: the technician who reinstalled the system (new and updated) also formatted the data disc (documents, games, downloaded programs, etc.) which no longer leaves me than an empty and useless shell.
I note with the help of the disk manager, that the disks are in GPT format and that SSD C: and HDD 😧 are mounted as RAID, therefore aggregated. A failure or replacement of one makes the system inoperative. Is this correct?
Can I reformat 😧 (1TB) to single GPT?

@Sherlok When the recovery media is used as suggested, it would automatically delete the current partition, recreate a new one, reinstall original factory OS with software/ driver included, and encrypt the same, hence you wouldn't have to worry about any of the queries you have, I hope that helps.
For using a 3rd party/retail version of the OS, or if you need anything else for the same, I suggest you contact a local tech who could help you with the same, as HP does not support or recommend using the same.
