Hi:

 

This is a peer to peer forum.  We do not work for or represent HP.

 

Your notebook comes with the Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

 

That model Bluetooth adapter does not work on the newer builds of W10 and there is no fix.

 

Your only options would be to:

 

Use a USB Bluetooth adapter that has support for W10.

 

Replace the internal Ralink card with this model:

 

Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn 1×1 + BT 4 LE Combo Adapter   HP part # 753077-001

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
