  • What version of Windows is installed?
  • When you say Bluetooth isn’t working properly, does it fail to detect devices, disconnect frequently, or not turn on at all?
  • Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps, such as checking drivers or toggling Bluetooth in Windows settings?
  • Is the issue consistent across all Bluetooth devices, or only with a specific one (like headphones, mouse, or printer)?
