Hi

I own an HP ZBook firefly 16 ubcg G10 moble workstation with Windows 11 pro operating system. In the past few months every time there are Windows updates, my built in camera stops working. I cannot fix this alone, and have to take the laptop to a technician that claims he re-installs the camera driver in order to make it work again. When I asked him to instruct me on how to do this on my own, he said he cannot, and he offers to format the laptop and install Windows 10 OS ....which I prefer not to do, since it is no longer supported. 

Any suggestions?
