can't find HDD and SDD while running Windows System Image Recovery from USB

My laptop had a failed SSD that was sent in for warranty repair. Prior to sending in for repair I imaged the system, which included the HDD for data and the SDD for system. I received the laptop back with a replaced SSD drive and the system running on the HDD. After running the Windows System Image recovery tool from a USB, that USB is the only drive visible, however both are visible within the windows OS and in the bios. This leads to an error in that it can't find the disk drives from the system image. How can I see them while running Windows System Image Recovery from USB drive
