Yes, I followed the instructions like you wrote, It took a little while to make it then it was done. Plugged it in and pressed F9 to choose boot medium which was the usb with the plug, but from that point I can only see the HP logo on the screen and a turning wheel underneath it. The last attempt gave me a blue screen

The only suggestion I can offer would be to Google the stop code error and see what the causes could be
The storage controller drivers I originally gave you should work on any PC with an Intel 11th generation core or newer processor.
Since that didn't work, and the cloud recovery tool media doesn't work, the problem is beyond my scope of knowledge to resolve.
