Hi,

 

HP support told me that you have replace your keyboard. Now I am facing issue with my laptop Hindges as well 😞

I had to send mine back to get it fixed. I still had my manufacturing warranty, so it was free. They just sent out a box with a packaging label, directions on how to get it in, and then I shipped it out. It took around a week or two to get it back, but it's fine now. I would suggest getting a warranty if you don't already have one and then contacting HP about it.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
