company managed chromebook

hello 

i bought hp pro c640 chromebook from ebay . and it is google locked by administrator with company i am trying to contact this company which is managing this chromebook and i did not get any response from them ,seller had described that this chromebook was in it's old work account and could not remove it , i can't get in and developer mode is disabled as well , is any other way to get in ? except to throw it in the junk ?

With pre-owned laptops, you are nearly always going to run into problems like this -- which is why I generally advise AGAINST buying pre-owned notebooks.
