dislike windows 11 (not upgrade) can I change to 10

I have a new laptop, it came loaded with windows 11, it is frustrating me with all the lock outs of apps and websites that I have free roam on my other LT with windows 10. I have turned of every security button I can find and still can't get into a basic site like my online bank account. Tried various web platforms Google, Edge, Oprah. all locking me out, Turned off my VPN also. I'm too old and grumpy for this. :  ) . Thanks if you can help.

The notebook originally came with W10 Home from HP.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that should reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

If you want to use the tool to create the recovery media on a different PC you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window.

Your PC's product number is: 8QW29PA#ABG

Thanks for your reply but my new computer I got 2 weeks ago came straight out of the box with windows 11, my old one that was a dud had windows 10 which I liked alot more. I would like to change it to windows10 if that is possible.

You're very welcome.

You would have to clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
