HI, I bought my HP Spectre Folio - 13-ak0013dx last year on 07.12.2019, and after a month of passing the official manufacture warranty, I have noticed that the touchscreen does not work. i have contacted HP assistance and they provided a local repire center. on 18.12.2020 i have taken my HP Spectre Folio - 13-ak0013dx to a local service center, the product was working perfectly, and after a week I have been informed by SC that my laptop is not working because the motherboard has burned. it was only a touchpad issue and now i faced absolutely terrible issue. the local service center is trying to do their best but till now i have no solution. i have contacted to service center again, and they explained that they are not able to do anything because the official hp does not support them. does anyone face the same issue? please help to provide me with official e-mail details,
