HP only provides Windows 10 drivers for that model. Theoretically, yes, you can downgrade to Windows 7. You have to buy Windows 7. Drivers can be located on an item by item basis from 3rd party sites. It will be a fairly long and involved process. You might be better off modifying Windows 10 to remove some of the more objectionable features like perhaps Cortana, but Microsoft has made this a bit difficult now.

Hi:
You should be able to use the W7 x64 drivers and software from the 15z-p000 on your model except the BIOS and firmware files.
Additionally, since HP never includes the AMD chipset drivers for their AMD based notebooks, you will need to install those drivers directly from AMD. You want the 1st file listed on the webpage. Install and restart the PC.

Before you can install W7, you will need to enable legacy mode in the BIOS, which should disable secure boot.
W7 is not compatible with secure boot.
