I can't seem to locate an ISO file to download at the link that you sent to me:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10

what am I missing here?

that link does not provide access to download an iso file.  here are all of the files that I've downloaded at the Windows 10 and 11 sites to my Kingston USB flash drive:
