Hello, my bran new Envy x360 13-ay0017nw which I believe came with WIndows 10 Home, did an upgrade with windows update and set itself to windows Enterprise, that can not get activated.
After the installation I must admit i tried to put in my Box window 10 key. but due to is being installed already on a pc it was rejected. Later on I realized, that I need to uninstall Win10Pro from PC first, and decided to go on with WIn10Home on laptop.
What should I do? Can I downgrade somehow to Win10Home saving all my files I already installed, or need to take time to fully rebuild?

Hi:
There isn't any way I know of to downgrade Windows. You can only upgrade Windows.
So you will need to reinstall W10 Home.
Copy any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive.
Then see if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10 Home, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
